We’re Married!

I love this image from Sylvia & Mike’s wedding at the Atlantis Pavilion in Toronto.  It’s a moment from right after they walked down the isle together after the ceremony.

A happy accident.

This shot was the result of the flash not firing and giving me the beautiful silhouette of the father of the bride giving his speech.

Court Family | Day in the Life

I love this image because it’s a fleeting image that was only there for a split second. Every time I look at it I smile.  But is it perfect?  No.

The focus is on the binoculars instead of the eyes, but in this case I can live with it.  In this case the moment of a child playing with her favorite toy is more important than any technical issues.

Weir Family | Toronto Family Portraits

Okay, it’s not a wedding image but I still love this one.  This is from a Day in the Life Session that I did with the very first couple that ever hired me to photograph a wedding, Tyler & Laura.  Little Madeline is 7 months old and cute as a button. You can see more pictures over on my blog here.
